I'll acknowledge the white elephant. KFC customer service assistants are disgraceful.  The dopey service assistants not only look less 'together' as say your archetypical Maccas or Hungrys customer service assistant, but they are in fact less intelligent.

If you go to KFC, and order a meal which by default, provides you with a potato and gravy, order it, and then say that you'd like a coleslaw instead.  It would be safe to assume that you have an 80% chance of ending up with both.

Increase the odds of the double hit by adding another tier to your order. If you ask to upsize as well as chance the side dish, your chances of the pleasant salad surprise will reach 90%.

It is hot right now to get something for nothing, and this is a sure bet.
