Annually, the Australian Good Food & Travel Guide (AGFG) releases the 'Chef Hat Winners' list of restaurants, which after being assessed on various different criteria, are awarded 1, 2 or 3 hats - if they make the cut.106 Chef hats were awarded in NSW alone! So you're spoilt for choice.

It is Hot Right Now to appease the belly and we feel that you should treat yourself to a decent bite once in a while. Sydney siders tend to have their haunts, and we feel its Not Right Now not to diversify, so check out this list and make a booking.
Restaurants with hats can be expensive, but the dining experience is one worth saving for. Make it your goal to book in advance and save accordingly. Enjoying great food is an experience and you don't do this often, so splash out!
