Lets face it. Unless you work for yourself almost all of us have a dog-salmon of a boss who rides us like a shetland pony.
It seems that micromanaging is sweeping the corporate world. Do this, re do it, then report on it daily?
Have managers worked out that if we spend all our time glorifying our existence, we simply wont get a thing done.
This corporate inefficiency is definitely not right now.
Managers who do not know how to manage people are spreading like wild fire. You spend a massive chunk of your life at work, don't you want to make it count?
Just remember to manage expectations, otherwise you'll be swallowed whole.
