I'll acknowledge the white elephant. KFC customer service assistants are disgraceful. The dopey service assistants not only look less 'together' as say your archetypical Maccas or Hungrys customer service assistant, but they are in fact less intelligent.
If you go to KFC, and order a meal which by default, provides you with a potato and gravy, order it, and then say that you'd like a coleslaw instead. It would be safe to assume that you have an 80% chance of ending up with both.
